There is a new backup fuse and charger user manual in your charger package box. You should first check if the fuse of the charger is intact and carefully read the user manual for proper and safe use of the charger.
You need to pay attention to checking whether the positive and negative poles of the crocodile clip charger are correctly aligned and matched with the positive and negative poles of the battery terminals. There are positive and negative pole markings on the battery casing, with the red crocodile clip being the positive pole and the black crocodile clip being the negative pole.
You first clamp the battery correctly with the positive and negative electrodes of the crocodile clip and then connect the power supply to the wall. The charger must first be connected to the battery and finally to the wall power supply. Please check the ON/OFF Switch: "o" is powered off, and "-" is powered on.
